Does this service come with a call?

Accepted Answer

No. This service is completed based on the detailed brand kit intake form you complete. However, it does come with a detailed walk through video which will explain your brand kit and everything included in detail.

How many logos will I get?

Accepted Answer

You will get a total of 3 logo designs (primary, secondary and icon) in ALL of your brand colors + black and white.

What format will I receive my logos in?

Accepted Answer

All logos will be uploaded as JPG, PNG and SVG files. Your brand kit walkthrough video will explain the different formats and when to use each type.

What if I don't like my brand kit?

This service comes with up to 3 revisions. However, most clients don't need revisions. Because we have you confirm the brand colors and logo designs ahead of time, the brand kit is usually spot on! Everything we provide is templated so that you can download, access and edit as needed once we are finished with the kit.

What is a style guide?

A style guide is a visual guide for whoever does your website rebrand or design. It will act as a guide to ensure your designer (if you do not get your site through us) is able to make your site match your brand identity.

What is content inspo?

Content inspo are images that provide guidence and visual aesthetic guidelines for the content you create OR the content you pull (stock images) when choosing photos for your social media or website.

What is the turn around time for this service?

Accepted Answer

Once your service is paid for in full, we will reach out within 1 business day to provide you with the brand kit intake form. Once the form is completed, these are our turn around times:    1. Logo Designs and Brand Colors - Will be sent within 5-7 business days  2. Revisions - Once you provide feedback, revisions can take 2-3 business days 3. Final Brand Kit - Once you confirm your logo and brand colors, the final brand kit will be sent within 3-5 business days.    Overall (on average) this services takes 10-15 business days.
