Does this service come with a call?

Yes. This service comes with a 30 minute website planning call. During this call, you and your coach will put together the plan for your site. This will leave you with a clear to-do list and shared doc where you will upload all of your site verbiage and photos so that designing can begin.

What's the turn around time for this service?

Accepted Answer

Typical turn around time for web design is 10-14 business days. We include up to 3 rounds of revisions for free. Revisions take 2-3 business days.

Question 3

Am I in charge of creating/providing my own copy?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are responsible for providing our designer with the copy for your website. We offer copy writing services at an additional fee.

What platform do we provide web design for?

At this time, we only provide custom WIX websites. WIX is our platform of choice because:    1. We can fully customize the designs  2. It's user friendly which means you will be able to maintain your site once it's designed 3. They have a 24/7 help desk which is super helpful if you run into any issues in the future

Will you teach me how to edit and use my website?

Yes, once services are completed, you will be given a WIX site walkthrough video which will allow you to learn the WIX platform and utilize it in the future.

Do you offer website management?

No, not at this time. Currently, we invoice based on scope of work.

What is the service completion policy?

Accepted Answer

We have a service completion policy to ensure we complete your services in a timely manner. All clients are given a 30 day time frame from the day of their website planning call to provide the copy and images (unless we are using stock images) to their designer. We charge a $150 late fee for every 30 days that pass where we are unable to complete services. If the client passes 90 days, they will be given a credit of 75% of their service fee to use towards services as they please. The credit will fully expire after 90 days.
